To ensure we can continue to offer a clean and welcoming space for all our guests, please note the following policies regarding finished artwork:
Pickup Window
Finished pieces are typically ready within 3–7 days. As a courtesy, we will send a text once your artwork is out of the kiln. However, it is the responsibility of each artist to pick up their work within 30 days from one week after their studio visit.
Due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold pieces beyond this timeframe. Any uncollected artwork after five weeks from your visit will be donated to a local charity. We are not able to offer refunds for unclaimed items. Thank you for your understanding.
Studio Credit & Misfires
While rare, kiln misfires can occur. We’re happy to offer a studio credit in the event of a clear firing issue or damage.
Additionally, in cases where a credit is issued, the artwork cannot be taken home. Misfired or damaged pottery may pose safety concerns (sharp edges, structural instability, etc.), and for liability reasons, we cannot release these items.
