OUR STUDIO IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR NEXT PARTY OR GROUP EVENT!

 

$40 PER PAINTER 

INCLUDES:

  • $30 credit per painter towards your final invoice.
  • 2 HOUR PARTY TIME
  • Dedicated Team Member(s).
  • Paint and materials
  • Glazing, firing and final fine finishing.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Events during business hours can be booked with a minimum of 8 persons and a maximum of 16 (for larger parties pls. request details from our GM, Eunice Scarfo)
  • Times are between 10 am to 8pm Monday to Saturdays and  10 am to 7pm on Sundays.
  • $100 Deposit required to reserve event. Deposits are not refundable upon cancellation within 24 hrs of the event. Cancellations prior to 72 hours - credit at our studio will be given in lieu of a refund.
  • *10% gratuity/service fee added to invoice before taxes (5-10% less compared to industry norms).
  • Due to the size of our studio we unfortunately cannot accommodate more than two non-painters during business hours. Additional seating is available outdoors for non-painters.
  • Host/Hostess is responsible to confirm total number of attending guests 72 hours ahead of time. Should the number of guests be less than confirmed, host/hostess will  be charged for "no shows".  In order to ensure dedicated staff and space for you party, we schedule staff and block off studio tables to other painters based on the size of your party; therefore "no shows" do cost us.

We provide tables outside for cake and light snacks after the party. Food and cake are not permitted inside the studio during parties.

PRIVATE/CLOSED STUDIO EVENTS

 

  •  >>> 9:45am-11:45am or 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. 
  • $500 [non-refundable deposit] plus cost of ceramics (you choose).
  • $500 fee includes materials and firing.
  • No minimum, maximum of 44 people. (Saturday & Sunday Evenings Minimums May Apply)
  • *10% gratuity/service fee added to invoice before taxes (5-10% less compared to industry norms).

Please note that at least two weeks notice is required to close the studio for private events. No refunds on cancellations.

PARTY TO GO KITS!

Paint at home with our TO GO KITS ! It's a great idea!

COST FOR TO-GO PARTY KIT IS $100 Deposit (deposit, refundable upon return of the kit.)

$10.00/per person (Minimum of 8).

Plus cost of Ceramics selected. PACKAGES TO BE PAID UPON ORDERING.

Call us to put your TO GO PARTY KIT together today, we will call when it is ready for pickup. Paint in the comfort of your home with no time limits. When finished, return your Pottery (Artwork) to the Metro Pointe Studio, we will take care of the final glazing and firing of your masterpieces. Lead time between drop off of artwork and completed firing is approximately 5-7 days.

  • BYO alcoholic beverages for persons 21 years and older. Please be advised that if asked, attendees drinking alcoholic beverages will be required to provide a valid ID.

  • In order to qualify for the party pricing, party must be paid on one tab.
