POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES

If we believe you are underaged, and have brought, or are participating in drinking alcoholic beverages, we will ask you to dispose of your beverages immediately, and call the authorities.

Anyone over the age of 21 and participating in drinking alcoholic beverages in our studio TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SAFETY. We are not responsible for your safety under the influence of alcohol, OR your safety after you leave our premises.

Our team may not, under any circumstances serve you your alcohol. 

Any customer(s) under the influence acting disorderly or unruly, will be asked to leave our studio immediately; should the situation escalate, security and/or authorities will be called. 

BYOB is intended for customers to enjoy some wine or beer while painting and socializing – we are not a bar and BYOB does not mean “get drunk and party”. Drink and behave responsibly please!

DRIVING WHILE IMPAIRED OR INTOXICATED IS AGAINST THE LAW AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL CONSEQUENCES IN THE FORM A DUI, FINES, COURT ORDERED TREATMENT, JAIL TIME AND RAMIFICATIONS DEFINED BY CA STATE LAW.
